Hello! My name is Amanda and I’m a missionary
supported by New Life Worship Center.
Currently I am in training with Youth With A
Mission in Amsterdam. I am doing a three
month school called The School of Creative Arts and Leadership
Development. This school is focused on
using the arts in worship. Our society
today is very influenced by the arts, and though they were created by God, they’ve
been taken over by the world. Our desire
is to reclaim the arts for the Kingdom, and use the arts to lead others to
Christ. The arts are also very effective
in evangelism, intercession and spiritual warfare.
My Desire…
I desire to see people
restored to a right relationship with God.
God has called me to the nations and I believe he wants me to use the
musical gifts he’s given me to draw people into Him. I have a heart for people who are in
bondage. I want to see them set free by
the power of the Holy Spirit! I have been
on the mountain top, and I’ve experienced the presence of the Lord, and I want
nothing more than to take other people there with me. I desire to become a great warrior in the
spiritual battle that is going on for our souls. I desire to use worship as a sword against
the enemy. I desire to fight for those
who are too week to fight for themselves, and usher them into a victorious life
of freedom in Christ!
My Needs…
Above all else, I need your
prayers. I covet your
prayers! The enemy has made it very
clear to me that he doesn’t want me to pursue the ministry God has called me
to. That makes me want to pursue it all
the more! I know God has great plans for
me and I don’t want Him to hold anything back.
Please pray for my protection from the attempts of the enemy to stop
me. I would also like to hear from
you. It’s always great to get
encouragement from friends and family. I
think most people think that I am too busy to check my email, but I love to get
emails! Especially if you have words for
me from the Lord! And, of course it’s
great to get stuff in the post mail as well.
And last, I have financial needs.
